Jelly Force Ingredients List: All Nine Blend Ingredients
Quick answer
Jelly Force lists nine blend ingredients inside one 82 mg proprietary blend: muira puama, maca, catuaba, green tea extract, caffeine, ashwagandha, L-arginine, tribulus and horny goat weed. Only caffeine has its own printed amount, 5 mg. The gummy base adds 3 g of added sugar. No allergen statement is published.

What does the Jelly Force Supplement Facts panel print?
The panel is short. One gummy is the serving, and a tub holds 30 servings. After the nutrition rows comes a single line for the proprietary blend, with a list of what is inside it.
| Row | Amount | % Daily Value |
|---|---|---|
| Calories | 10 | not printed |
| Total carbohydrate | 3 g | 1% |
| Total sugars (including 3 g added sugar) | 3 g | 6% (added sugar) |
| Sodium | 4 mg | less than 1% |
| Proprietary blend | 82 mg | not established |
Read the 82 mg row as a total. It is not the amount of any single herb.
What are the nine ingredients in the Jelly Force blend?
The label names each one, with its plant part where relevant. Here is the list in label order, with a plain note on each.
- Muira puama extract (bark and root): a traditional tonic. Little human research and no federal fact sheet.
- Maca extract (root): a systematic review judged the evidence for sexual function too limited to conclude.
- Catuaba extract (bark): another traditional tonic with almost no human data.
- Green tea extract (leaf): concentrated extracts have rare liver injury reports and one known drug interaction, with nadolol.
- Caffeine: printed at 5 mg per gummy.
- Ashwagandha (root): limited human data, rare liver reports, a possible thyroid medicine interaction.
- L-arginine: an amino acid the body uses to make nitric oxide.
- Tribulus terrestris (fruit): no strong evidence for performance claims and a few severe liver and kidney reports.
- Horny goat weed extract (Epimedium, leaf): little human research and no federal fact sheet.

What does the 82 mg blend number really mean?
It means the nine ingredients together weigh 82 mg per gummy. If the split were even, each would get under 10 mg, but nothing says it is even. Caffeine takes 5 mg of the total, which leaves 77 mg for the other eight.
A figure for raw plant weight before the extracts were made would not describe the gummy you chew either. When you compare products, compare the printed extract weight.
Research on L-arginine and maca uses grams. The whole Jelly Force blend is well under a tenth of a gram.
What else is in each gummy besides the blend?
The base is what makes it a gummy. Corn syrup and cane sugar come first, followed by water, apple pectin, liquid sorbitol, natural flavors, citric acid and sodium citrate dihydrate.
Apple pectin is the gelling agent. The site's seals call the product vegetarian, which fits a pectin base, but a seal is the seller's statement and not a certificate. All 3 g of sugars are added sugar.
Across a 30-gummy tub that adds up to 90 g of added sugar and 300 calories. At one a day this is small, yet it is not zero. If you count sugar closely, count the gummy.
What is missing from the Jelly Force label?

The lot reference JEL-26/GO-2643 and the CoA reference are labels for matching an order. They are not lab proof.
How should you read the label before you buy?
Read the front claim and the back panel together. The front says may support vitality, drive and performance, with stars that point to the FDA notice. The back says what is actually in it.
Then read the warning. If you are pregnant or nursing, take medication or have a medical condition, consult your doctor before use. Keep it away from children. Do not use it if the seal under the cap is broken or missing.
Last, compare the ingredient list with your own medicine list. A pharmacist can do this in minutes. Bring a photo of the panel.
Frequently asked questions
What are the Jelly Force ingredients?
Nine ingredients sit in an 82 mg blend: muira puama, maca, catuaba, green tea extract, caffeine, ashwagandha, L-arginine, tribulus terrestris and horny goat weed. The gummy base uses corn syrup, cane sugar, apple pectin and other items.
How much of each ingredient is in a gummy?
Only caffeine has a printed amount, 5 mg. The other eight share the rest of the 82 mg blend and the split is not published.
Is there an allergen statement?
Not published. If you have a diagnosed food allergy, ask the distributor in writing before the first gummy.
Does a dry-powder equivalent figure tell me the dose?
No. A figure that describes raw material before extraction is not the weight in the gummy. Only the 82 mg blend total is published.
Is Jelly Force a capsule or a gummy?
The label name is Jellyforce Male Enhancement Gummies, 30 gummies per tub. Some product notes call the count capsules, so go by the wrap on your tub.
Where can I see the label before ordering?
The tub image on the site shows the wrap, and the Supplement Facts page prints the panel line by line.

Our view
Jelly Force is a dietary supplement. It is not FDA approved, and no supplement is. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, so for any medical condition please see a doctor.
The Jelly Force label is more honest than many in its category on two points. It prints a caffeine number, and it states the blend total plainly. It is less helpful on a third: eight of nine ingredients have no amount.
If you are comfortable with that gap, the rest of the panel is easy to read. If you need every milligram in writing, this is not the label for you. Either way, take the panel to a pharmacist if you take any medicine.
